EPDM roofing
EPDM is a flexible single-ply rubber membrane commonly used on domestic flat roofs. A successful installation depends on the deck preparation and detailing as much as the membrane itself.
New deck where required
Where an existing deck is unsuitable or damaged, the quotation can include renewal using the appropriate board specification for the roof system.
Edges and abutments
Trims, flashings, outlets and wall junctions are detailed to shed water correctly and protect vulnerable interfaces.
Flat-roof repairs and replacement
We repair flat roofs as well as installing complete new systems. We can assess leaks, failed seams and trims, damaged coverings, poor detailing and local defects, then advise whether a targeted repair is proportionate or whether the existing system has reached the point where replacement is more sensible.
